Consultant Haematologist

I am a consultant Haematologist at Guys and St Thomas and Kings College Hospitals. I completed my post graduate training in Haematology at University College Hospital and Royal Free Hospital London. During my postgraduate training I was awarded an MRC clinical training fellowship and undertook research training at the University of London and the University of Pennsylvania, USA leading to a PhD degree awarded from the University of London in Immunology and Genetics. I attained two post-graduate young investigator awards during my PhD thesis. My clinical interests are in stem cell transplantation, lymphoproliferative diseases and immunomodulatory strategies to treat haemato-oncological diseases.

I sit on two NCRN Lymphoma working groups and am a UK principle investigator for a Lymphoma NCRN badged CR (UK) study. My principle interest is in the treatment of Lymphoma and I am Head of the Lymphoma service at Guys and St Thomas Hospital. I have authored and co-authored several publications (paper, reviews) around my research interests and lymphoproliferative disorders. I am a member of the British Society of Haematology, American Society of Haematology and European Society for Bone Marrow Transplantation.
