Most patients come to LOC after they have had initial investigations carried-out elsewhere. (We do not have X-Ray machines or scanners in our own buildings at No 95 & 97 Harley St). If you need to have further scans or investigations, we have arrangements in place for these to be carried out very near-by in associated medical establishments with the most up-to-date equipment. Within minutes of you having a scan in these neighbouring facilities, the images are sent electronically to your LOC consultant who can see the scans and the radiologist’s report on their own computer. 

The same arrangements are made if you need to spend time in a hospital or clinic overnight. We only treat day patients at LOC and do not have overnight beds, but there are four excellent in-patient clinics within quarter of a mile of LOC. The clinical staff in all of these have electronic access to your records at LOC, ensuring that they have the full information they need to look after you at all times.
