An engineer by profession (with an MSc from King's College London), Kevin spent 5 years in the food production industry where ‘the atrocities of food processing’ made him realise his love of cooking good food. He then spent many summers cooking in a Tuscan restaurant, opening a restaurant in Istanbul and now works exclusively for private clients (mostly, he says, the "rich, famous and fussy"), in London.
He finds that the course at LOC is a great way to express his belief in loving yourself through eating well.
